Last Updated: April 19, 2026
Young Tech Pioneers respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, submit an application or interest form, or otherwise interact with our site and related services.
The site may introduce our initiative, support buyer and seller accounts, facilitate purchases from participating youth-run businesses, and allow interested users to submit information about participating in the marketplace.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect personal information you choose to provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, password, application or account details, business information you submit, and anything you provide when contacting us.

This may include IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, request and routing information, inferred region or country information, and session or authentication information needed to keep the site functioning.
We do not use third-party analytics tools or third-party behavioral advertising trackers on the site at this time.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use limited cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for basic site functionality. These may support authentication and session management, region or locale routing, cache and performance support, and security or fraud prevention.
These technologies are used to help the site function properly rather than for advertising or third-party analytics.

4. Applications and Interest Submissions
If you submit information for or about a youth founder or youth-led business, you should do so only if you are authorized to provide that information.
Submitting an application or interest form does not automatically create a live seller account or guarantee participation.
5. Account Registration
Accounts are currently used for updates, communication, and future platform-related information. You are responsible for making sure the information you provide during registration is accurate and that you are authorized to create and use the account.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share personal information only in limited circumstances such as with service providers that help us operate the site, payments, tax handling, and communications, with professional advisors when reasonably necessary, with tax authorities or other government bodies when required for marketplace tax collection or reporting, if required by law or legal process, when necessary to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a reorganization or transfer of assets if that ever occurs.
We may use Resend or a similar email delivery provider to send account-related or update-related emails on our behalf.
7. Email Communications
If you create an account, submit a form, or otherwise provide your email address, we may send account-related emails, responses to inquiries or submissions, and updates about our initiative, platform development, or future launch information.
You may opt out of non-essential update emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us at official@youngtechpioneers.com. We may still send service-related communications when necessary.
8. Children's Privacy
Protecting children's privacy is important to us.
Our current site experience is not intended for direct use by children under 13 to create accounts or submit personal information on their own.
If a submission involves a child or youth founder, please provide information only if you are authorized to do so and avoid sharing unnecessary personal information about minors.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. If we learn that we have collected personal information directly from a child under 13 in a way that should not have occurred, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information.
If you believe a child under 13 may have provided personal information to us directly, please contact us at official@youngtechpioneers.com.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the site, maintain accounts, review and follow up on submissions, communicate with users, comply with legal or recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete or anonymize it.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect personal information.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for notifying us if they believe their account has been compromised.
